
Marco is a Lamont Research Professor at the Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory of Columbia University and an Adjunct Scientist at NASA Goddard Institute for Space Studies. His work explores the changing cryosphere through fieldwork across Greenland, Antartica, and beyond, while also investigating the interstctions of climate, economics, and justice.

Margie is Director of Educational Field Programs at the Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory of Columbia University. She splits her time between polar research in Greenland and Antartica and community-centered work in the Hudson River watershed. Margie is passionate about connecting people to science through immersive field experiences and hands-on learning.
Marisa is Education & Outreach Coordinator at the Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory of Columbia University, where she focuses on increasing awareness about climate change impacts through the lens of polar science, local environmental changes, and sustainability.

Stella is a sophomore at Barnard College of Columbia University studying Applied Math and East Asian Studies. She is interested in how environmental policy, climate science, and renewable energy intersect to shape environmental action in China and the US.
